Our text messages are sent on our behalf by 1001427201 Ontario Corporation, which runs our customer messaging.

- Contact details you give us, such as your name, mobile phone number and email address, when you book a bay, send us a message, or contact us in person or by phone.
- Booking details, such as the date, time and length of your visit and the number of players.
- Messages you send us through the chat on this website or by text, and our replies.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you use this website, such as your device type and IP address. The chat on this website is provided by our messaging provider and may use cookies needed for it to work. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To manage your bookings and visits.
- To answer your questions by text, phone or email.
- To send you text messages you've agreed to receive, such as follow-ups after a visit and requests for feedback about your experience.
- To improve our facility and service.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your questions, bookings and visits, including requests for feedback. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
